Robert’s Golf Shop will provide a full refund for any unused golf equipment returned within 15 days of purchase. Equipment must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in the original packaging including the original shrink wrapping, if any. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Once the equipment has been used in any way, it is no longer considered new and its return shall be in the sole discretion of Robert’s Golf Shop. Should we agree to accept the return of new equipment which has been used, a restocking fee of not less than 15% of the purchase price will apply. Pre-Owned equipment must not have be hit or played with by the purchaser in order to qualify for a refund of the purchase price.
